Our loving Aunt Emma Helen Velasquez departed this earth peacefully on November 24, 2018.  Born on December 19, 1927 in San Francisco, California she was raised in the Mission district and attended St Theresa's elementary school and Presentation High school.

She is survived by three generations of nephews and nieces: first generation - Linda Velasquez, Mark Velasquez, and Mary Wristen; second generation - Jenny Gudino, Julie Tuivailala, Mathew Wristen, Cassandra Bradley Armando, and Samantha Bradley; third generation - Andrew Vanisi, Daniel Vanisi, Gabriel Gudino Jr., Sam Tuivailala, Katrina Tuivailala, Lille Tuivailala, Mateo Wristen, and Emma Lynn Valdovinos.

She moved to San Carlos in 1953 with her parents and had a career with Falstaff Brewery and ended her work life with San Mateo District Attorneys office as a secretary and stenographer.  Emma's greatest joy was caring for her mother and family. She loved parties, gambling, theater, dining out, and crazy bedazzled hats while toasting to a glass of champagne. She will be missed by all.
