William Michael Savage was born July 24, 1950 in Detroit to Geraldine and William Savage. William grew up in San Francisco since age 7. He graduated from San Francisco State with a degree in political science. He was a member of the Black Panther Party. William was an educator and a history enthusiast. He leaves behind 6 children. William will be sorely missed.
