Scott passed away on November 3, 2022. Born in San Francisco, he grew up in Daly City graduating from Westmoor High School. He was a proud Navy veteran, a dedicated 49er and SF Giants fan and loved spending summers at the Russian River. He worked in various construction jobs over the years until retiring from the City of San Jose housing department. In retirement he enjoyed working in his yard, traveling, entertaining family and friends, including his lifelong friend Jim Boudoures (Linda), and of course being with his dogs.

Scott is survived by his wife Peggy, daughter Kate (Ben Weiss), sister Darcy Proctor (Dan), niece Shelby Proctor and nephew James Proctor. A private family service will be held at a future date.
