Born in Trinidad, Colorado, October 21 ^st ,1923, raised in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. Rose passed away peacefully with her daughters by her side, at her home in Redwood City on October 12 ^th , 2021. Loving mother to Susan (Chat Graves) Anzelc and Sallie (Jimmy) Morell. Grandmother to Jeremiah, Tessah, and Zack. Great Grandmother to Allysa, Coral, Johnny and Louie. She is survived by her brother Jimmy, many nieces and nephews, and many family friends. Potrero Hill is where her life truly began. It was there she met and married the amazing John Efsaif, they then moved to Redwood City to raise their girls. An AT&T employee for 17 years, she helped unionize the office workers. She was a volunteer at Kaiser into her 90s, a devout parishioner of St. Pius church, and a wonderful wife, daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother. Her girls, her family, and her friends, were Rose's life, up to the very end. She now gets to be with Johnny once again. Thanks to Mona and Susan for taking care of Rose over these last few years.
