Pennie Ann Ceruti, a lifelong Bay Area resident, passed away on Sunday, December 4th, 2022. She was born on April 19, 1947, in Oakland, Ca daughter of the late Delbert and Clara Wisenor.

Pennie is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Everett Randolph Ceruti, and son Tod and daughter-in-law Kathy, daughter Kristina and son-in-law Steve, and son-in-law Gary, and preceded in death by her daughter Kim. Her two brothers-in-law Robert and Bob Ceruti. Her cousin Trudy and Dick O'Neill. She had 4 grandchildren (Vinnie, Irene, Jacob, and Randi), 7 great-grandchildren, and cousins.

Everyone who knew Pennie knew she was funny, loving, kind, and had a giving nature. She loved to cook and planned amazing meals for all. She loved reading books and music. She enjoyed going to see concerts, camping, and traveling to different campsites around California and beyond. She had a love of shopping that she would say is "how she would recover from anything through retail therapy".

She had a way about her always knowing what to say and picking out the most amazing thoughtful gifts for people. She was someone that others relied on. She had a passion for her family and friends. She loved her vacation home, going to the lake, sitting on the deck listening to music, talking, and laughing.

Pennie was an amazing wife, mom, and friend. She will be forever missed and forever loved.
