Nellie Collado    1929 – 2022

A long-time resident of San Carlos, California, Nellie died peacefully on April 16, 2022 at the age of 92.

She is survived by her three adult children:  Rene Collado, Teresa Lukas and Celeste Amigone.  Nellie is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Loren, Dominic, Anthony, Alex, Dante, Angelina, and Vincent.

Nellie was born in Managua, Nicaragua, and came to the U.S. at the age of 17 settling in San Francisco, then Santa Clara and finally in San Carlos, California where she resided for over 50 years.  Nellie worked as a seamstress retiring in her 70's.

During her life, Nellie enjoyed traveling, cooking, and entertaining with friends and family.  Nellie was very outgoing and enjoyed meeting people and making new friends.
