Martina Michelle Koehl, beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away on September
18, 2025 after years of being afflicted with cancer. She was born on September 6 th , 1955
and recently celebrated her 70 th Birthday with family and friends.

Martina, daughter of Howard and Myrna Garner, grew up in Belmont. She married
Robert Koehl and they built a life together in San Mateo and subsequently, Belmont.
She is survived by her son, Johnathan; her sister, Tracy McGuinness and brother, Guy
Garner. Martina had one other sister, the late Vickie Smith.

Martina was a kind soul and devout Christian with a strong faith and devotion to God in
her daily life.

She was a lover and advocate of animals which included caring for birds, cats and dogs
at home throughout the years.

AND she loved to accessorize! Her signature was jewelry, scarves and boots.

Please join us in a Remembrance and Farewell Celebration of Martina on Saturday,
