Juliette Yvonne
Aguilar Kempe
August 16, 1972 – May 7, 2025
It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of Juliette "Jules" Aguilar-Kempe on May 7, 2025.
Juliette's radiant smile could light up any room. She was kind, thoughtful, and endlessly curious-always asking questions, always remembering the little details that made others feel seen and loved. Her quick wit and infectious laughter left an imprint on all who knew her.
Juliette had an extraordinary passion for travel-"wanderlust" doesn't' begin to describe it. She explored 49 countries and gathered not just stamps in her passport, but friendships and memories that spanned continents.
She is survived by her loving family: Bob and Therese Geise, Ed and Vicky Aguilar, as well as many, many siblings, nieces and nephews. To Juliette, "family" included the people she held close in California, Canada, Bermuda, New York, Texas, and beyond-lifelong friendships forged with care and sincerity. Her loss leaves an unfillable void in our hearts.
We are deeply grateful to Dr. Heestand and his team at Stanford, as well as the compassionate staff at Mission House, for the care and comfort they gave Juliette.
Although Juliette is gone, she will be in our hearts forever.
A celebration of her life will be held at St. Simon Catholic Church in Los Altos (details to follow). In lieu of flowers, Juliette requested that donations be made to your local SPCA-a cause dear to her heart.
