Joyce Oliver-Parry passed away peacefully on June 4, 2023. Joyce lived a full life, enjoying many years of travel and great times with her family, especially her grandchildren. Her final years were spent enjoying her family, friends and her much loved dog, Sophie.

She is survived by her three children: her daughter Lori Osterback, and partner Mark Perkins, son William A. Oliver, and her daughter Jacqueline Rossi and husband Sam Rossi, her five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She will be missed by her family, friends, and neighbors.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11am on Friday, June 23rd @ Immaculate Heart of Mary Church-Belmont, with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, please donate in her name to the Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA-San Mateo.
