Jorge Topete Chavez better known as "El Chigüilo" was born in Tepic Nayarit, Mexico in 1948.

His passion was soccer. He played in Mexico as a midfielder which opened an opportunity to come to the Bay Area as a player and later on as a Coach.

His legacy will live on in our hearts.

He is survived by his loving wife Juanita Caliz Chavez, their children Jorge Chavez & wife Patricia Alvidrez, Ivania Kahn & husband Patrick Kahn and Elizabeth Unga & husband Jay Unga, four grandchildren Patricia & Russell Pierce and Leon & Carmine Unga, Brother Hipólito Rodriguez and Sister Maria de Jesus Topete and nieces and nephews.
