Isabel Dillman Stubo, a resident of Redwood City, CA, passed away suddenly on May 9, 2024, with her family by her side.
Isabel, born to Virginia and Joseph Pinto in San Francisco on March 12, 1951, was a woman of many accomplishments. She was raised in San Francisco with her sister Adelaide and graduated from Balboa High School, where she excelled as a fencing team member. Her academic journey continued at City College of San Francisco. Professionally, Isabel worked for Pacific Bell and Sears and retired from the College of San Mateo after 20 years of service. Her commitment extended to her family life. Isabel married Jerry Stubo in 1990 and had a loving and dedicated relationship for 34 years. She was a devoted mother to her daughter Elizabeth Dillman (Anthony) and stepmother to Stefanie Hershman (Michael), Jerry Stubo (Diana), Danny Stubo (Jeannie), and Kristen Clavel (Ed). Isabel was also a proud grandmother to Danielle, Martin, Ryan, Sean, Dylan, Lucas, Nicolas, and Sara Rayn.
