Gerard "Jerry" G. McCormick

Gerard (Jerry) George McCormick passed away peacefully at his home, lovingly surrounded by family and friends, in Menlo Park, CA on Tuesday, July 14th, 2026. Survived by his devoted wife of 62 years, Rosie E. McCormick (née Yoshifuji), his daughter Erin Eggleton (Keith), and his son Cullen McCormick. Gerard was born to William V. & Kathleen B. McCormick in Philadelphia, PA on May 6, 1940, the youngest of eleven children.

As a devoted grandfather, Gerard (Jerry) is sadly missed by his grandchildren Charlie, Maggie, and Annie. Jerry leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion with his extended family who reside in the US and Ireland.

May his soul rest easy in the arms of the Lord. The love and laughter he shared will be carried closely in our hearts. Mass and a celebration of life will be held at St. Denis Church in Sharon Heights, CA on Friday, July 31st at 10:30am.
