Obituary

Frank Lawrence Papi Sr., 85, peacefully passed away on April 10, 2021 in the arms of his forever love, Paola & surrounded by his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Paola Papi, Children: Frank Jr (Tammy), Antoniella (Joe), MaryAnn (Kenny), Robert (Julie), & Fanizia, Grandchildren: Serafina, Frankie (Frank Jr.), Nicholas (Antoniella), Gino (MaryAnn), Natalie, Vince (Robert), & Taylor (Fanizia), Great-grandchild: Dante (Serafina), Brother: Omero (Laura), Sister: Isabella & Nephew/ Niece Luigi & Francesca (Omero).

Frank, a San Francisco Native, born at St. Luke's Hospital in 1935, spent several years in Capoliveri, Isola d' Elba, Italia during his teenage years. He was known for his stories & his humor. Family meant everything to him. He was a hardworking man who carried such pride in providing for his family. He served in the US Marine Corp for 2 years, was a security officer and later served 37 years for the Menlo Park School District. His hobbies were locksmithing, listening to Sports Talk Radio, reading the newspaper & learning to use new age social media. His kind, funny, and charming character would bring smiles to strangers' faces (especially the ladies) at the snap of a finger.

He was a great man, one who will be missed dearly. May he rest in eternal peace and love with our Lord.
