Elizabeth Ann Sachs passed away on April 15, 2021 at the age of 77 in Foster City, California.

Memorial services were held Thursday, April 22 at 2:00 PM at Crippen and Flynn Funeral home in Belmont, CA. Rabbi Laura Rumpf and Reverend Matt Clayton officiated the memorial service.   An interment ceremony will follow at Jackson Catholic Cemetery in Jackson, California on May 29, 2021.

Elizabeth was born in Forth Worth Texas to Mary and Edd Hill on January 30, 1944.  She graduated from North Side High School in Fort Worth, Texas, and then attended North Texas State University for a few years.  She met her future husband Gerry Sachs on a blind date while attending university.  The couple soon moved to Northern California after their wedding where they would raise two daughters in Fremont, California.

She worked as a Supervisor for Golden Gate Auto Auction for 25 years but was a homemaker and stay at home mother before that.

Elizabeth is survived by her daughters Donna Sachs Caldwell (Jeff) and Cyndi Sachs Urman (Scott), her sister Mae Jean Atkins, and her granddaughters Shelby and Courtney Rice, and Almarah and Briah Urman.

Memorials may be given to Bay Area Educational Theater Company in San Carlos, California, or the Ronald C. Wornick Jewish Day School in Foster City, California.

The family of Elizabeth wishes to extend sincere thanks to Kaiser Redwood City Hospice, and Dr. Roberto Felix for the care they gave during Elizabeth's last days.
