Celia was a resident of Redwood City, her hometown was El Paso, Texas. Survived by her children; Maria, Gilberto, Esteban and Anthony, grandchildren; Stephanie, Joshua, Martique, great grandchildren Genesis and Aviana and sister Connie. She was a former teacher's aide at Garfield Elementary and Hoover and loved children, she was a storyteller. Cared deeply for her family and made the best food. She had a passion for music, dancing, and celebrity gossip. She was a diehard SF 49er fan. She will be missed and remembered by her family and friends.
